Airtel Payments Bank strongly believes in celebrating the festivities of India, and this year has been special than ever before with our presence in the world famous ‘Shrawani Mela’ 2023. We, covered about 107 km from Sultanganj (Bihar) to Deoghar (Jharkhand) for the pilgrims (also known as Kanwarias) in their journey. In this blog, we will look at how Airtel Payments Bank is driving financial inclusion in India.
· To ease the journey of pilgrims, we customized the non-lit boards along with directional boards for communicating the customers for withdrawing or depositing cash from our respective Banking Points.
· To maintain decorum during the journey, plethora of Do’s & Dont’s Signages around the Bank of Ganges were also installed for the pilgrims.
· In Sultanganj, milestone signages exhibiting distance to be covered by the pilgrims to reach Deoghar were also installed.
· Bus Shelters between Sultanganj and Deoghar were painted along with two giant welcome gates were installed to greet the pilgrims on the special occasion of Shrawan.
Airtel Payments Bank’s is bridging the gap of unbanked and the underbanked citizens in India. We drove the similar kind of branding at Har ki Pori, Haridwar this year and in various parts of the country to make financial services accessible for our customers.
